Marco started GreenLeaf in 2011 after fifteen years working someone else's crews. He knew what got skipped when nobody was watching — and he refused to do it that way.
Today we're 42 people across four service teams, and the rule is still the same: if it wouldn't pass in front of Marco's mother, it doesn't leave the truck.
